Cameron tilted her head. “What were you thinking?”

Bradley’s long fingers gently cupped her chin. Her chin was so delicate and pretty, her skin unbelievably soft and smooth.

His fingers traced lightly over her rosy lips. Bradley murmured, “I was just thinking that your lips look perfect for kissing.”

Cameron froze for a moment, then blurted out, “But I was a guy back then.”

“I know,” Bradley said, gazing at her with deep eyes. “I don’t even know why that thought crossed my mind.”

Cameron looked at him, a faint smile playing at the corners of her lips. “Is that the real reason you helped me back then?”

Bradley let out a soft laugh. They were so close that their breaths intertwined.

“I don’t know,” Bradley said softly. “For some reason, I just wanted to help you. Thinking about it now, maybe it was love at first sight?”

It was such a beautiful phrase.

Looking back, Bradley realized his feelings for Cameron probably started the day she moved into Room 316.

So when Cameron and Xander had a falling out, he instinctively took her side without a second thought.

“Is that so?” Cameron smiled, clearly pleased.

“How about you?” Bradley asked softly.

Cameron shook her head gently. “I don’t know.”

Bradley looked deeply into her eyes.

Cameron continued, “By the time I realized how I felt about you, my feelings had already taken over.”

Love began without warning, and only grew deeper and deeper.

As she spoke, her beautiful eyes locked with Bradley’s deep gaze.

Their breaths mingled, and in perfect sync, they leaned in, their lips drawing irresistibly close.

Bradley’s first impression had been right. Cameron’s lips were made to be kissed. He lost himself in the moment, unable to pull away.

Her mind was spinning from his kiss, but she still had a shred of sanity left.

She gently pushed him away. “Hey, Brad, remember that we’re at school.”

Bradley tooked down at her. “It’s legal.”

Cameron laughed, “Mr. Saunders, did you forget we haven’t even made it official yet?”

Bradley pinched the bridge of his nose, pausing for a moment. “I haven’t forgotten.”

Cameron reached up to smooth out the furrow between his brows. “So, it’s not legal.”

Bradley fell silent. Suddenly, he pulled Cameron into his arms. “Legal or not, I’m kissing you anyway.” With that, he claimed her lips once more.

Cameron let out a muffled gasp. But she didn’t push him away.

Today, they had already held their wedding ceremony in front of friends and family. It wasn’t legal, but it was official in every other way.

When the kiss finally ended, Bradley still looked like he hadn’t had enough.

“Cam,” His voice was hoarse as he said, “Let’s go get the license now.”

Leaning against his shoulder, Cameron couldn’t help but laugh. “Mr. Saunders, have you lost your mind? It’s a holiday today.

Bradley fell silent again. He slipped an arm around Cameron’s waist and fished his phone out of his pocket with the other hand.

“What are you doing?” Cameron asked.

Bradley replied, “I’m calling them in to work overtime.”

Cameron could only stare at him, at a loss for words.

She placed her hand over his and said softly, “Brad, let’s just wait a few days, okay? There’s really no rush.”

“Alright, no rush,” Bradley said, leaning into her. But then he raised his phone again and turned on the camera.

“Want to take a picture?” Cameron asked, a soft smile playing at her lips.

Back in their school days, the two of them had a photo together. But at that time, Cameron had been dressed like a boy.

Now, both of them were in their school uniforms, grinning for the camera.

Click. Bradley looked at the photo with a satisfied smile on his lips. “Cam, now I have no regrets.”

Putting on their school uniforms, it really felt like they’d traveled back to their student days. Bradley and Cameron took a photo together, just like they had back in school.

And now, with her long hair draped over her shoulders, Cameron smiled with a gentle warmth.

Cameron smoothed out her skirt and said with a smile, “I don’t have any regrets either.”

After eighteen years of pretending to be a boy, today she finally got to be herself, a girl, at Langford Academy.

At nine o’clock on the morning of October 8th, the two of them showed up right on time at the marriage registration office, holding their documents.

They were the first couple to register that day.

Half an hour later, they finally got what they’d been waiting for, their marriage certificate.

Night had fallen. Bradley tossed the marriage certificate onto the bed and pressed Cameron beneath him. “Cam, we’re finally legal,” he said with a wicked grin.

Cameron laughed, “Hold on, Brad. Pearl’s still here.”

“Call me Darling,” he coaxed.

“Fine, Darling,” she murmured.

“Good girl,” he praised. Bradley lowered his head and pressed a kiss to her lips.

Cameron hesitated, then said again, “Pearl?”

Bradley glanced back at Pearl, who was lying beside the bed, watching them. He took off his jacket and draped it right over her head.

Eddie hadn’t expected Vicki to show up at Bradley and Cameron’s wedding

When he spotted the well-behaved girl sitting quietly next to Baron, Eddie froze for a moment.

Vicki was dressed in a coffee-colored trench coat, her long hair cascading over her shoulders, her bangs framing her delicate, innocent face.

Just one glance, and Eddie felt his heart skip a beat.

He quickly regained his composure, shifting his gaze away just before Vicki looked up. He continued holding the tray of drinks, following along with the toasts. But he couldn’t help feeling distracted.

Ever since that time in Regalburg, when Eddie could clearly feel Vicki avoiding him, he’d rescued her, wiped away every trace of his involvement, and quietly slipped back to Steerfall.

After all, deep down, he’d always believed he wasn’t worthy of her.

It was seeing the love between Bradley and Cameron that made him foolishly think maybe he could have a fresh start, too.

But Vicki’s distant attitude was like a harsh slap in the face, snapping him back to reality in an instant. He still wasn’t someone who deserved her.

For nine long months, Eddie hadn’t set foot in Regalburg again.

He’d even skipped his grandpa’s birthday bash, just so he wouldn’t have to see Vicki. He never thought he’d run into her here, of all places.

Once the toasts were over, Eddie finally had a moment to himself.

Cameron and Bradley had already left, leaving the elders to take over entertaining the guests.

As the best man, Eddie didn’t leave until he’d seen off the very last guest. Only then did he finally have a chance to slip away to the restroom.

As he stepped out of the restroom, he came face-to-face with Vicki, who was just coming out of the women’s restroom.

Eddie found himself freezing up again.

Vicki naturally noticed him as well.

Today, Eddie was the best man, dressed in a crisp suit that showed off his tall, striking figure. His hair was styled perfectly, and even when he wasn’t smiling, his mesmerizing, charming eyes were dangerously alluring.
