Chapter 465 – She Is The Campus Prince Novel Free Online By Alyssa Fox

Filed to story: That Campus Prince Is a Girl

Cameron lay on the soft, comfy bed in her pajamas. Bradley was snuggled up close behind her, his arms wrapped around her. Her eyelids were getting heavy.

Bradley tightened his hold on her. “Cam, when I didn’t see you on the rooftop of the hotel today, I was so scared my legs almost gave out.”

At that moment, Bradley’s mind went completely blank. It was like his whole system just shut down.

It wasn’t until Camilla looked all over the rooftop and guessed that maybe Cameron had already gone downstairs that they figured it out. So they took the elevator down together.

When Bradley finally saw Cameron standing at the front desk, his heart was trembling with worry.

Hearing his voice, Cameron turned around to face him, cupping his face in her hands. “I’m sorry, Brad. I didn’t mean to make you worry.”

Bradley said, “Cam, don’t ever do something that reckless again. What would I do without you?”

Cameron leaned into his arms, wrapping her own around his waist. “Don’t worry. I won’t do that again.”

Cameron wasn’t someone who easily offended others. Since she worked-behind the scenes and never really affected anyone directly, she hardly ever had the chance to offend anybody.

Bradley held her tightly in a silent embrace. “Cam, you’re mine.”

Cameron smiled, “Of course I’m yours.”

Bradley tightened his hold on her, his chin pressing gently against the top of her head. “You’re not getting away from me for the rest of your life.”

Cameron let out a soft laugh. “Oh? Trying to lock me up again?”

Bradley breathed in the sweet scent of her hair. “Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t lock you up. Instead, I’m going to get you into my family, so we’ll never be apart.”

Cameron hugged his lean waist even tighter and laughed softly, “Okay.”

“Wait? That’s not right,” Bradley spoke up again in the darkness.

“What’s not right?” Cameron asked, her eyes still closed as she leaned against him.

Bradley replied, “I’m going to join your family.”

Cameron let out a soft chuckle. She could barely keep her eyes open. She leaned into Bradley’s embrace. “Brad, I’m so sleepy.”

Her voice was barely above a whisper, like she could fall asleep any second.

“Goodnight,” Bradley said, lowering his head to kiss her forehead.

Cameron burrowed deeper into his arms, finally letting herself fall asleep without a worry.

A satisfied smile spread across Bradley’s lips.

The next morning, the Saunders family all came over to the Yates Manor for breakfast. The two families enjoyed a warm and cheerful meal together.

After breakfast, Camilla hooked her arm through Cameron’s, her eyes full of laughter as she glanced at Bradley, who was still holding

Cameron’s other hand.

“Brad, it’s already the second day since you and Cam got engaged. Mind if I steal her away for a little girl talk?” Camilla grinned,

Bradley shot his sister a helpless look, but in the end, he nodded. “If Cam doesn’t mind, neither do I.”

Camilla laughed, “Of course, Cam doesn’t mind. If you hadn’t kept her all to yourself last night, we would’ve stayed up chatting till morning, right, Cam?”

Cameron smiled, “Yeah.”

Bradley just stared at them, speechless. So, he was the third wheel.

He looked at the two of them helplessly. “Alright, I’ll leave you two alone this morning.”

Camilla teased, “Brad, you’re only letting me borrow Cam for the morning? That’s way too stingy.”

Bradley raised an eyebrow. “Or maybe I shouldn’t let you borrow her at all this morning?”

Camilla hurriedly waved her hands, not daring to push her luck. Bradley personally set out pastries and coffee for Cameron and Camilla, making sure everything was just right for them.

In Cameron’s room, Camilla and Cameron sat cross-legged on the carpet. The door was locked.

Camilla was practically buzzing with excitement. “Cam, I still can’t believe it. I never expected you to time-travel, too.

“Do you think there are a lot of people out there who’ve also time-traveled, but they just hide it so well that everyone thinks they’re the only one?”

Cameron took a slow sip of her coffee. “Actually, I didn’t just time travel.”

“What do you mean?” For some reason, Camilla’s heart started to race.

Cameron handed her a cup of coffee. “Cami, have you heard of world-hopping?”

Camilla’s eyes went wide with excitement. “Cam, did you come back from the world-hopping worlds too?”

“You too?” Cameron blinked in surprise.

Camilla nodded like crazy. “Yeah. But I wasn’t there that long, just a little over a hundred years, a few worlds, then I came back. How long were you stuck there, Cam?”

Cameron shrugged. “More than a thousand years.”

Camilla gaped, “No way, that long?”

Cameron nodded. “I traveled through eighty-one small worlds, completed every mission, and that’s how I earned my second chance to come back. So, how did you manage to come back so soon?”

At the mention of this, a gentle smile appeared on Camilla’s face. “It was my husband who pleaded for my return. Otherwise, I probably would’ve had to stay there for over a thousand years, too.”

“Mr. Masion did that for you?” Cameron still didn’t quite get what Camilla meant.

Camilla smiled, her lips curving up, “After I time-traveled in my old life, Jade bartered ten years of sleepless prayers and every good thing he would ever possess, health, joy, wealth across lifetimes, to turn the clock back three years.

“Because of that, I was pulled home before my mission was finished.”

Cameron was silent for a long moment. “Cami, Mr. Masion is going to suffer a backlash for that.”

Camilla lowered her eyes. “Yes. In every lifetime, he’ll never make it past twenty-eight. That’s the price he has to bear.”

The atmosphere grew heavy.

But then Camilla broke into a smile again. “Luckily, that damn system really came through for me. Jade’s fine now, and the system even gave me a potion so I can have a bunch of babies in one go.”

Hea

“Cam,” Camilla said, looking at Cameron with a hopeful expression. “Are you sure you don’t want to try my formula? It really works?”

Cameron gave a firm shake of her head. “Cami, I think it’s best to let nature take its course when it comes to having kids.”

Camilla smiled softly, “So, how many kids do you plan to have? Do you prefer boys or girls?”

Thinking about her painful experience of being forced to dress as a boy since childhood, Cameron replied quietly, “Either a boy or a girl would be fine. As for how many kids, I think one is enough.”

“One?” Camilla shook her head again and again. “Cam, with you and Brad’s amazing genes, having just one kid would be such a shame.”

Seriously, that would be wasting some top-tier genes.

Cameron couldn’t help but laugh. “And how many kids do you want, Cami?”

Camilla replied, “Two-boy and girl twins. Get it all done in one go.”

Cameron raised an eyebrow. “Just two? Wouldn’t that be wasting all those great genes you and Mr. Masion have? Look at your mom. She had seven sons and a daughter, and every single one of them turned out amazing.”

Camilla was taken aback for a second, then nodded seriously. “Yeah, you’re right, Cam. Two really isn’t enough.”

Cameron was at a loss for words. She was just running her mouth without thinking.

Cameron and Camilla spent the whole morning chatting away happily.

They swapped stories and laughed about the skills and wild moments they’d picked up in their world-hopping adventures, totally absorbed in their conversation.

As noon approached, Bradley knocked on the door.

Camilla opened it and asked, “Brad, how come you’re here so soon?”

Bradley was momentarily speechless, then reached out and ruffled Camilla’s hair. “It’s already lunchtime. I’m here to take Cam back.”

Camilla looked surprised. “Wow, is it noon already?”

Jade, standing outside, nodded. “Yeah, Cami, it’s already noon.”

Camilla walked out with a bright smile, snuggled up to Jade, and took his arm. “Jade, don’t you think just having two kids would be kind of too few for us?”
