“Now, I want to grow old together with you until our hair turns grey.” replied Ben tenderly
Tilly was moved beyond words, and then suddenly broke out laughing again. “What if one of us goes bald first?”she joked, making light of their conversation about growing older together
After all, hair loss was becoming more common among people of all ages nowadays!
Although both of them belonged to the type with thick hair, who can say for sure about this kind of thing?
It never occurred to Ben that Tilly would change the topic like this.
He looked at Tilly with helplessness and amusement, and raised his hand to pinch the ball on top of her head.
As far as the current feel was concerned, Tilly was unlikely to be bald.
Ben said, “My hair quality should be okay, and my family doesn’t have any middle-aged balding genes, and I’m not very good at doing things that damage my hair, so this problem shouldn’t exist.”
Listening to Ben’s serious words, Tilly laughed so hard that she couldn’t straighten up.
She squeezed Ben’s hand and said, “Then the two of us must be able to grow old with grey hair, right?”
Ben nodded seriously and said, “Of course.”
The more serious he was, the more Tilly laughed.
After laughing, Tilly squatted directly on the ground, clutching her stomach, her cheeks hurt from laughing, and her stomach hurt from laughing too. Then, she knelt directly on the ground, unable to squat properly.
Ben was speechless.
He really cared about the matter of getting old together.
Finally, Tilly laughed enough, held out her hand to Ben, and said, “Pull me up. I can’t get up.”

Tilly’s smiling face froze for a second. She blinked her eyes and looked at Ben, saying, “I’m not laughing at this, Ben. Are you upset?”
Ben’s lips curled up, not sure if he was infected by Tilly’s laughter or if it was transferred to him, but now he can’t stop laughing.
Tilly was speechless now.
In one second, she understood what Ben was laughing at. She was really annoyed. How could this scoundrel bully her like this?
Ben could not stop laughing, but he still held Tilly firmly to his body.
However, this also meant that Tilly received a stronger resonance.
She couldn’t hold it any longer and reached out to twist Ben’s waist as her face finally showed embarrassment.
She didn’t have much strength, but the point she hit was Ben’s vital spot.
Ben tightened the straps on Tilly even more, in order to prevent her hands from moving.
Tilly said, “Why are you so mean? You always bully me.”
Ben said, “Baby, I really love you so much.”
Tilly’s heart instantly melted at the confession. Who wouldn’t like to hear such words of love? Who wouldn’t want to hear a declaration from their beloved?
Tilly had been very sensitive lately, her eyes felt sore and hot. When Ben said this sentence, he also quickly suppressed his smile within a second, without any intention of teasing Tilly further.
Tilly looked at Ben, his eyes filled with seriousness. Tilly never doubted Ben’s love for her, but when she saw how serious he was, she couldn’t help but think to herself, “Oh my goodness, is the universe really being this kind to me? How could it have brought such a wonderful person like Ben into my life?”
How lucky she was to fall in love with this man.
Finally unable to resist, Tilly lowered her head and gave Ben a kiss on the lips. They kissed under the sun, listening to the sound of the waves. And then, a whistle.
Wait!
The sound of a whistle!
Tilly and Ben quickly let go of each other and looked in the direction of the sound together. Soon enough, they saw a group of people standing not far away.
It was obvious that Walter was responsible for the whistle. Tilly immediately thought about how she and
Ben had been fooling around in their room for two days straight, and her face turned red with embarrassment.
She wanted nothing more than to bury her head in Ben’s shoulder, pretending to be deaf and blind so she wouldn’t have to hear or see anything. But despite feeling shy, Tilly still jumped off Ben’s body.
“Kissing under the sun? You’re something else,” Walter approached them with his friends already by his side. He naturally teased Ben with this comment.
Ben glared at him and said, “As if you don’t do it too.”
Walter knew exactly how he treated April who wasn’t any better than Tilly when it came to being thin-
skinned. When Walter “bullied” April, he didn’t hold back at all either.
He clicked his tongue twice but didn’t expose them because he knew that somehow Ben had managed to make everyone believe that every couple was fooling around inside their rooms – although it might not necessarily be untrue since they were all adults who knew what they were doing anyway.
But only couples like Ben and Tilly could play around like this; everyone else couldn’t keep up with them when it came down to having fun – maybe because they were young after all?
Even Ash and Mikayla weren’t as playful as these two; one could only say that Ben and Tilly really knew how to enjoy themselves.
Walter didn’t expose them not because he suddenly became kind-hearted, but mainly because his wife told him repeatedly not speak too fast or scare off Tilly. Otherwise, she wouldn’t talk to him anymore.
Walter cared deeply about April’s feeling while disregarding others’ opinions entirely.
Tilly had no idea that she was protected by April just now; otherwise if she heard what Walter said about teasing her boyfriend earlier, then surely she would have died right there on spot out of sheer embarrassment alone!
Fortunately though besides making fun of kissing under hot sun, nothing more happened afterwards, so everyone went back talking casually among themselves.
Suddenly, Walter’s phone rang loudly, interrupting their conversation.
He took it out and saw that it was from Miles.
Walter raised his eyebrows and answered, “Why? I told you to come out just now and you didn’t come out, but now you want to come out again?”
Miles said, “Did you see Ben and Tilly? If so, come back together. Eden called back. His wife is about to give birth and has already gone to the hospital.”
For a while, he didn’t know what to say.
What Eden said was so accurate.
“Okay, we’ll be right back,” Walter said.
After he hung up the phone and repeated Miles’ words, everyone reacted in unison that the premonition must be too accurate.
Everyone didn’t delay any longer, and the trip to the island ended here. They simply cleaned up and took a private plane back to Innisrial.
Everyone came out of the airport and went straight to the hospital without stopping.
As a result, they didn’t know until arrived at the hospital that Minnie had been in the delivery room for ten hours, but she hadn’t come out yet.
Eden yelled anxiously outside. Unknowingly, people thought he was having a baby.
According to Mariam, Eden had originally entered the delivery room, but was kicked out because he was too noisy inside.
Everyone was speechless. Sure enough, one cannot expect too much from this guy.
Eden was nervous at first, but when he saw Aimee and Kelvin, it was as if he saw saviors. He held their hands and said, “Aimee, Kelvin, my wife will be fine.”
Neither Aimee nor Kelvin were obstetric doctors. Although they had no choice but to deliver the baby when Casey was born, for professionals, the doctor who helped Minnie deliver the baby was much more reliable than the two of them.
Aimee said, “Don’t worry, Dr. Lyons is the best obstetrician in the country.”
Although Eden knew this, he was still flustered.
Now he can’t wait to let Aimee and Kelvin go in and watch his wife.
They didn’t know if it was fate or not, but after more than ten minutes, a deafening cry came from the delivery room.
Soon, a nurse came out and said to Eden, “Mr. McCoy, congratulations! Mother and son are safe.”
It was a boy weighing night pounds four ounces.
Eden’s tears fell immediately.
He covered his face with his hand and tried to hold back at first. He felt embarrassed crying like this in front of Patrick and Kelvin who didn’t cry at all when their babies were born.
However, the more he held back, the less control he had over himself.
Eventually Eden couldn’t care about his own dignity anymore. All he knew was that inside that room was his wife who had just given birth to a son for him.
While feeling heartbroken for his wife Minnie’s pain during childbirth, Eden couldn’t help but complain,
“This little bastard! What did he eat to become so big? He doesn’t even know how much pain his
Mommy went through!”
When Minnie saw Eden crying like this after she came out of the delivery room weak from giving birth herself already; her emotions were indescribable. Although she never experienced love from her family before marrying Eden, being loved by him made it clear that she was loved now.
Because of this realization, even though she really had no strength left in her body right now, she still wanted to see Eden with her own eyes and tell him they have a child together before passing out completely exhausted.
Eden held Minnie’s hand while looking at her pale face. He opened his mouth wanting to say something comforting but tears flowed down first instead.
Minnie didn’t cry during childbirth but now tears rolled down one by one on both sides of her cheeks as well.
