“Do you like children?”
Danika suddenly asked, staring at Gilbert without blinking, seeming to be very curious about the question.

“Gilbert, your cooking skills are unrivaled.”
Zack looked at the delicious food on the table and couldn’t help but praise him.
Although Janet could also cook, she was far behind compared to Gilbert.
Glancing at him, Gilbert said, “Eat more if you like.”

“But you two did have a one-night stand,”

Gilbert’s expression turned ugly.
‘So what? Danika, you’re not trying to tell me that because I slept with her once, I have to take responsibility for her, are you?”
If Danika answered yes, Gilbert would suspect someone was forcing her to say that.
The Child Can’t Be Mine
Having grown up together with Danika, Gilbert knew her very well.
There was no way she would tell him to be responsible for Marigold just because he slept with her once.
