Lukas’s brows raised in anticipation.
He took a deep breath and then smiled so wide Lukas thought the sun had dropped down to the earth. Alright, he was curious now. What could make his little cousin this happy because just an hour ago he was as gloomy as a dark cloud? Lukas wondered if he should be concerned about his mental health?

Hence both men fooled around happily on the sofa until they had exhausted the hell out of themselves till they couldn’t move and laid down there panting.
“So, how do you intend to tell Mimi’s parents you got their daughter pregnant? You haven’t even introduced yourself to them as her boyfriend?” Lukas reminded him how screwed he was.
“Yeah, about that? That is a problem I would figure out later, but for now, I need to bask in the glory of an expectant father.” He said, with complete bliss on his face.
Lukas smiled at his cousin, he was happy for him. But deep down, there was a tiny bit of jealousy as well. How happy would he be if Rhea was pregnant for him? However, this was his cousin’s day, no sad face, no regrets.
“I’m happy for you, cousin,” Lukas said, patting him on the shoulder proudly before he stood up, “I need to go find Rhea.” She must be waiting for him already.
“It’s alright, I need to find Mimi as well. God! We should have a party about this and celebrate as much as we can before Mamma decides to burst in and make my life hell with her arrangements.”
“Anything, you want, man. It’s your day.” Lukas told him and left.
But once Lukas made it outside, he leaned against the door and took a deep breath before going to find Rhea.
He went into her room and found her on the balcony, looking outside. Even if she noticed his presence, Rhea didn’t show it as she kept looking out, so Lukas slowly crept up on her and wrapped his arm around her waist, burying his nose into her neck and inhaling her scent. It was kind of weird but her scent had some sort of calming on him.
Rhea didn’t complain, if anything she leaned into him and shut her eyes closed, enjoying the moment with him.
“I’m guessing you heard the news?” She said, opening her eyes.
“Mmmm,” Lukas murmured, kissing her neck and she relished the feeling. Rhea liked it when he did that.
“Are you disappointed that I couldn’t get pregnant for you?” Rhea suddenly said and he stiffened, before turning her around to meet him.
Lukas cupped her cheek and said firmly, “I might be a bit envious of my cousin’s good luck, but I would never be disappointed in you, Il mio amore. If anything, I should be the one disappointed for not fucking you hard enough to plant a seed. But then, you want us to wait, and I’ll wait, gladly.”
“Thank you,” Rhea was grateful for his understanding and the fact she wouldn’t have be pressured to start a family with him.
“And you should not worry about Macy, she would not be coming here again,” He promised her, kissing her smack on the lips.
“That is good,” Rhea said. She won’t have to get rid of the bitch, herself then. What a considerate boyfriend she had.
She then picked a glass of water from the table beside her, “Here, you must be thirsty, have this.”
Lukas took the water from her unsuspectingly and drank it thoroughly.
“Thank you,” He handed the glass back to her, and then his hands were on her waist again, pulling her close to him as he began to kiss her. They were still making out when Lukas began to feel strange. His vision was a bit blurry

He looked at Rhea who had a smirk at the corner of her lips and then he was falling.
