Malachay’s P.O.V.
Ever since Maya left the room my Lycan has been acting up, he doesn’t like that she is away from us and that we cannot sense her is bugging him.
If had been up to him he would have marked her the second we found her, but luckily he is also a smart Lycan and he knows that we have to do this on her terms.
We both can’t wait until she gets back to us and I know that my Brothers feel the same way. Eamon has been pacing the room ever since we got back to our quarters and Ward has snapped at him twice already.
There is a knock on the door and Eamon pulls it open before I can blink my eyes. I see the smile on his face drop as he gets confronted with our parents and I can’t help but chuckle.
“Sorry, Eamon. I know you were hoping to find someone else out here.” Our Mother says and I can see a twinkle in her eyes.
“Let’s go down stairs to wait on your Mate. I doubt the Royal Family will keep us waiting long.” Our Father says and he turns around to emphasize his words. The three of us follow our parents and wait in the hallway for our Mate.
Suddenly the hall goes silent and we see Prince Dante and Princess Maleah at the top of the stairs and as they decent the stairs, King Alaric and Queen Anayah follow them.
As soon as the four of them reach the bottom of the stairs, they turn around to look up the stairs like the rest of us.
The second she comes in to view, my jaw drops and my Lycan starts to howl. “Absolutely stunning.” I hear Ward say in my head and the three of us take a step forward.
“Don’t you dare. You better stay were you are or I am asking Your Father to kick your ass.” I hear Maya say through the mind-link and we all stare at her.
Eamon’s P.O.V.
Hearing her through the mind-link stops me dead in my tracks and I have to hide a smile at her threat, I know he will kick our asses if she asks him to.
Ward has a huge smile on his face and I know he is up to no good. However I fear he might regret his decision to test our Mate. The time we have spent with her has shown me a woman that has determination and a strong will.
I know she will be a handful, but I will never give her up and neither will my Brothers. She is our Mate and we will protect her till our last breath.
Ward’s P.O.V.
She looks drop dead gorgeous and I am proud that she is our Mate. She slowly walks down the stairs and I step to the bottom to wait for her.
Part of me wants to test her, but I am afraid that it will bite me in the ass if I do and I have no intention to spend our first night together on the couch. So I restrain myself and my Lycan from reacting to her warning.
I hold out my hand as she reaches the final step of the stairs, she puts her hand in mine and smiles at me. “You look stunning.” I whisper in her ear as I help her take the last step.
Sofia’s P.O.V.
Holy Fuck. For a moment I thought Izabella was standing at the top of the stairs, only to realize quickly that it is May.
I quickly leave the hallway and find a place to make a phone call to my Brother, I wonder if he and Ronan were aware of what walked out of their lives. Even though I doubt that Ronan knew who his Mate truly was.
After two rings he picks up the phone and I ask “Is Ronan there or is there a way to connect him to this call.” My brother tells me to hold on and after a minute I hear Ronan’s voice.
“Damien, Ronan. I just found out something I doubt the two of you were aware of. I am still at the palace trying to find out why May is here and I have found the answer.”
Damien interrupts me and tells me to get to the point. “Well, she is the Daughter of Princess Izabella. She looks just like her.”
Ronan starts cussing and swearing and my Brother is quiet for once in his life. “What do you mean, Sofia? Ronan’s Mate was named Bella and she was Wolfless, just like May.” My Brother growls.
“She didn’t shift at eighteen, because she has a Lycan and not a Wolf. Ronan is a Werewolf and normally that means his children will be Werewolves too, but Izabella was a Royal and she gave her Royal bloodline to her Daughter.
