After lunch, Danika drove to Zellweger Inc.
Although the encounter with Eustace ruined her mood, she didn’t let it affect her work. She strode to Graham’s office, knocked on the door, and entered. He quickly shut the document he was reading and smiled at her.
“Take a seat.I heard from the staff that you’ve been here since morning.You must be tired.”
“I’m not as weak as you thought.I came in early in the morning but did nothing of importance.Tired? I’m far from it.”
She knew Graham wanted to be a good father to her, but she wasn’t accustomed to his doting manner.He smiled at her comment and joined her on the couch.
“Is something up?”
“Yeah.” She nodded and handed him Randy’s proposal.
“Take a look at it first.”
He took the proposal and poured through it.
Soon, he was done reading, but his expression had grown serious.
“What do you think?”
“It’s abnormal.Something’s fishy,” she answered coolly.
He nodded in agreement.
“I bet there’s some issue behind this land.If there’s nothing wrong with the land, there’s a possibility that the Glasses are trying to trick us.”
After years without any business cooperation, it was odd for the Glasses to suddenly seek a partnership with the Zellwegers.
‘Yeah.We should get someone to look into it.I’m not saying that we can’t work with them, but we need to know what we’re getting into.Maybe we can even use their tricks against them.” She grinned.
He smiled, thinking that his daughter resembled him a lot.
“Sure, I’ll get someone to work on it.”
After the discussion, Danika did not plan to stay long and stood up to leave.

Then, she took her seat on the couch once again.
“Since you brought up the topic, I want to discuss it with you.”

“I have neither the experience nor the interest in managing a company.If you insist on passing the company to me, you’d better kickstart your search for dependable managers.When the time comes, I will hand over management tasks to them and take on a supervisory role,” she announced.
To her, Zellweger Inc would be like the second Jeneration Group.
She didn’t have to worry about Jeneration Group thanks to Alfred and Jade’s capable management, and she was minimally involved in running the company.
