It seemed that she had no idea.
Andrew was quite mischievous and had no intention of telling Rosalyn.
He lifted her chin and kissed her lips.
“Babe, do you have any reactions recently?”
“What reactions?”
Andrew touched her lower abdomen.
Rosalyn’s mood soured when this came up.
“Still no progress.”
Maybe she really couldn’t have children.
“It’s probably because I haven’t tried hard enough.”
He was not trying hard enough?
Andrew had sex with her day and night, almost tying her to his waistband, but…
“Why are you suddenly asking about having children?” Rosalyn asked.
He never cared about children, always advised against having them, but tonight he suddenly brought it up, how strange.
Andrew didn’t answer her, instead he picked her up in a princess carry and headed towards the bedroom…
The next afternoon at four o’clock, Rosalyn received a call from Eva, saying that Jayden’s mother had attempted suicide by cutting her wrist. Rosalyn was shocked, “Why would she suddenly do that? What happened?”
Eva sighed, “Jayden’s mother didn’t approve of us being together, so she resorted to this method to force us to break up.”
When they met, she pretended and asked when they were getting married, and now it hadn’t been long, and she immediately caused trouble. Rosalyn frowned upon hearing this, “Is she okay?”
Rolling her eyes, Eva said, “She didn’t cut too deep, it seems like she was just putting on a show.”
Hearing the words “putting on a show,” Rosalyn’s impression of Jayden’s mother worsened a bit.
However, she didn’t care about Jayden’s mother, she only cared about Eva, “What does Jayden say?”
Leaning against the hospital wall, Eva turned her head and looked towards the direction of the ward, “He’s been by his mother’s side all this time, we haven’t had a chance to talk yet.”
After a few seconds of daze, Rosalyn sighed and followed, “What are you going to do about this troublesome situation?”
After thinking for a moment, Eva replied, “What else can I do? Since his mother is using this extreme way to force us, I naturally have to fulfill her wish. I can’t just watch her die, right?” To be honest, Jayden’s mother’s coercion actually lifted the weight off Eva’s chest.
No one knew that when Natalie said “I want you to break up, otherwise I’ll show you how I die,” Eva actually felt relieved.
At that moment, Eva wanted to agree, but seeing Jayden holding onto her hand and refusing to let go, the words that were about to come out of her mouth were swallowed back…
She was torn and conflicted, wanting to ask Rosalyn for her opinion, “I do want to break up, but when it comes to Jayden, I always feel like I’m letting him down…”
After a moment of silence, Rosalyn calmly said, “Eva, listen to your heart. It’s the only way for you to make the right choice. Even if Jayden disagrees, you have to let him know what your think, otherwise being together with him against your will would be painful.”
Grace’s school Eva also had the same feeling, but she said, “I don’t know how to tell him, and I’m afraid that I won’t know how to respond to him. You know, I often can’t argue with him.” Rosalyn understood that Eva was afraid to argue with Jayden. “Eva, I’ll come find you. Let’s talk face to face.”
A few sentences over the phone won’t explain everything, so Rosalyn planned to buy something on the way and visit Jayden’s mother to see what this family was all about.
After Eva replied, “Okay,” she hung up the phone. Rosalyn had just put down her phone when suddenly a teacher from the school called.
Rosalyn thought it was a usual home visit call, but the teacher said that a woman claiming to be Grace’s Grandma wanted to take the child away.
Upon hearing this, Rosalyn panicked and said, “I’ll come to the school right away,” then rushed downstairs at lightning speed.
While telling Peter to quickly drive to the school, Rosalyn anxiously pulled out her phone and called Andrew…
The man who answered the phone was about to go to the Evans’ branch company. His car happened to pass by the school, so he told her not to worry, he would go first.
The mature and stable tone in the man’s cold voice gradually calmed Rosalyn’s heart.
After steadying herself, Rosalyn picked up her phone again and called Eva to explain the situation…..
At the entrance of the elementary school, Jocelyn squatted in front of Grace, trying to deceive her.
“Grace, I am your dad’s mother. There’s nothing wrong with coming with me.”
Chubby Grace, with a lollipop in her mouth, tilted her head and looked at her.
“Are you Casare’s mommy?”
Jocelyn’s smile stiffened for a moment. She definitely wasn’t that bastard’s mother!
“No.”
“Then you’re not Casare’s mommy, and you say you’re my grandma? Are you a liar?”
After speaking, Grace tugged at the teacher’s pants.
“Teacher, she’s a child trafficker. Call the police and arrest her!”
Jocelyn was dumbfounded. When she realized what was happening, she quickly waved her hands.
“Oh no, I’m not a child trafficker. I really am your grandmother. We even met at your father’s funeral.”
“Is that so?”
Grace raised her thick eyebrows.
“I don’t have any recollection of that.”
“Why is your memory so bad, little one?”
“Kids just have bad memories.”
Grace helplessly shrugged her chubby hand.
“Blame it on me then.”
