Filed to story: That Campus Prince Is a Girl
In her eyes, a guy like Lance must have had plenty of girlfriends at his age
Lance shot her a mischievous grin. “Didn’t last night answer that for you?”
Amelia was stunned.
Her cheeks burning, Amelia quickly turned to stare out the window.
A smile tugged at her lips.
“Does it even matter if that’s true or not? The past doesn’t mean anything, What really matters is now and the future, she thought
All she knew was that right now, Lance was hers.
Once they arrived downstairs at the Chapman family’s place, Amelia got out of the car.
Before she could leave, Lance said, “Amy”
“What?” Amelia turned back, leaning down to look at him through the open car door.
Lance replied, “Don’t forget to bring the ointment with you when you come down.”
“Why?” she asked.
Lance answered, “I’ll put it on for y
I you tonight”
Amelia was astonished by what he said.
She laughed, “You’re such a pervert!”
Then she hurried into the villain her heels.
Lance sat in the e car, unable to hide the smile on his face.
Ten minutes later, Amelia back.
“Got it?” Lance asked.
Amelia bit her lip and handed him her ID card and temporary ID. “Yeah”
Lance smiled, “Alright.”
Amelia asked, “Where’s y s yours?”
“They’re in the car, Lance replied.
Cameron and her other family members were still at home, waiting for Lance.
Lance had called early in the morning, telling them not to go out today because he had something really important to announce.
Gavin kept glancing at his watch, frowning. “What is Lance doing? It’s already past ten.”
He had an important meeting scheduled for today.
Jacqueline smiled and said, “Let’s just wait a bit longer. We’re already running late, and a few more minutes won’t make a difference.”
Levi didn’t say anything.
Cameron said, “Let me call Lance.”
“Mom, Dad, Cam, Gavin, I’m back!”
Just as Cameron finished speaking, Lance showed up at the living room door.
He wasn’t alone
Standing right next to him was a tall, drop-dead gorgeous girl.
And that girl was none other than Amelia
Gavin shot up from the couch.
He stared hard at Lance and Amelia’s intertwined fingers, his voice full of disbelief “Lance, who’s this?”
Lance walked in, still holding Amelia’s hand. “Gavin, what do you think?”
Then he turned to Amelia and said, “Amy, this is my dad, my mom, and my brother, Gavin. And you already know Cam, right?”
Amelia greeted them with a warm smile. “Hello, Mr. Yates, Mrs. Yates, Gavin. I’m Amelia Chapman.”
Then she shot a playful grin at the stunned Cameron “Hey, Cam”
Jacqueline and Levi were completely stunned
“When did Lance suddenly being a girl home they both thought.
Jacqueline smiled, “Anty, come in, have a seati”
Levi also broke into a smile, gesturing for Amelia to sit. “Please, make yourself comfortable.”
Gavin was still in disbelief. “Lance, when did you even get a girlfriend?”
Lance shook his head. “Gavin, she’s not my griblend.”
Gavin let out a sigh of relief.
However, in the very next moment, Lance casually slapped two marriage licenses down on the coffee table “Gavin, meat my wife. We just got married”
Gavin widened his eyes in surprise
He swiftly picked up the marriage license and checked it carefully, before he looked at Lance, opening and closing his mouth several times, completely speechless.
Cameron’s eyes widened in disbelief as Lance and Amelia appeared, fingers intertwined.
“Wait, so the fianc? Amy kept talking about is actually Lance? she thought, her mind blown.
Even so, she got over the shock pretty fast.
In fact, Lance and Amelia really looked good together. They were totally a perfect match
But out of nowhere, Lance actually pulled out their marriage licenses.
She thought, “Wait, they’re married?
“Didn’t they just meet not that long ago?
“How did they end up getting married this fast?
“That was lightning fast!”
Even Levi and Jacqueline were left completely stunned.
They both scrambled to grab the other marriage license. “No way. It’s real. They’re actually married!”
Jacqueline’s smile faded and she immediately frowned. “Lance, this is way out of line!”
“Out of line?” Lance echoed, genuinely puzzled.
“Weren’t they the ones always hoping I’d get married?
‘Now that I finally tied the knot, they’re actually upset about it?’ he thought.
Jacqueline frowned and said, “Neither of our families have even met yet, and you just took Amy to get the marriage license? That’s way too disrespectful What will people think of Amy? What do you expect her family to think?”
Lance was left speechless.
Amelia quickly chimed in, “Mrs. Yates, any parents are really open-minded. I told them I was taking my temporary ID to get married today, and they didn’t have any objections”
Levi and Jacqueline were stunned by her words.
After a long pause, Levi finally Spoke up, “Lance, go and get some giftsready right now. We’re going to apologue to Amy’s family in person
Jacqueline said, “Oh please, like he knows what to buy. I handle it. 17 get everything ready right now.”
Lance kept silent.
Amelia couldn’t help but smile.
