After dropping Sarah to her house, I came home. I felt like going inside her house and meet Shane once again, but then I decided I should not…
There was a lot I had to think and process…
For the whole time I knew Shane, he was nothing but a pain in the a*s…
Indeed I give him the credit for being the cleverest goalkeeper I have ever played with. But other than that, I had nothing to praise him for…
He always thought so highly of him, he didn’t care about anyone else, or he didn’t care about almost anyone… Because to be honest, I felt like he always showed some respect towards me and Jake…
However, his lifestyle was so sickening and a total mess. I spent considerable time, hanging out with him and his filthy gang… So I knew everything about him.
They took alcohol, they did drugs, and girls were like just toys for them… Especially for Shane…
He is indeed a good looking guy, so girls were ready to sleep with him at any time… He took all the benefits of it… I think he had relationships with more than half of the girls in the university… I don’t know even he can remember how many girls he slept with… He didn’t forget to brag about it as well…
But more than any of that, which made me truly hate him was how he treated Sarah, his own sister…

I recalled a dialogue we had when we were in his room last night…
His room walls were filled with half-naked women and football players…
I was in a pretty good mood after putting Andrew to sleep, so I just laughed and said. “Covered your wall with your favorites…”
“What?” he asked in a panicked voice…
“Naked girls and football…” I again said, laughing…
He kept staring at me for a few seconds, and then he stood up and ripped out all the posters of half-naked girls…
“Shane!!! What the hell are you doing? Are you mad?” I yelled at him.
But he didn’t stop until he finishes with the last poster…
Then he sat on the bed beside me, releasing a long sigh…
“Are you mad?” I asked.
“I was mad, but I am not now…” he said in an indifferent voice.
“Why you tore away all those…” I asked with unbearable curiosity.
“Because I don’t like them…” he said in the same tone…
That made me laugh…
“Why you laugh?” he asked, looking at me…
“That’s the funniest joke I ever heard… You who sleep with every girl comes in your way say you don’t like naked girls…” I said, laughing…
“I said I don’t like them… I didn’t say I didn’t like them…” he said.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, I can’t even remember the last day I slept with a girl…”
How can that be true? He is infamous about his s*x life… Everyone knows he can’t even spend a day without having s*x.
“Why, what happened? What made you away from that?”
“My preferences are changed…” he said in a casual voice, but his eyes looked utterly serious, and they were directly focussed on mine… “What?” I asked.
“I don’t like girls anymore, Luke… I am gay…” he said, making my heart stopped for a second…
Luke’s POV
“What?” I said involuntarily.
I couldn’t even believe what I heard… How could I believe it when I exactly knew the relationships he with a girl, all those efforts went in vain… But he certainly had a girlfriend even a few months back… “Hard to even believe, right?” he asked with a smile on his lips.
I didn’t say anything, I just stared at him with a startled look.
h girls… How a person can change his preference that instantly. For my whole life, I had no interest in girls. No matter how hard I tried to have a relationship
“I know what you are thinking, Luke… You think how a person can change his sexuality this quickly, do you?” he asked. “Well… To be honest… Yes…” I said.
